1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

• United States: 2–5 working days

• United Kingdom: 4–7 working days

• International delivery times vary depending on the destination; you will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Any customs or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order is delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@cutivance.store, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Lost Orders

We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery option for all orders.
